Hi, Tanya. I just wanted to formally thank you for laying our sweet baby Chance to rest on Wednesday. This dog meant everything to my husband and I, and losing him has devastated our little family. With cancer winning the battle, it was such a blessing to let him cross the rainbow bridge from the comfort of our home, laying in his bed next to his sister while we held him & loved on him. He went out peacefully, without fear, and surrounded by everyone he loved so dearly. Your calm demeanor kept our baby (and us) at ease, and he was able to pass quickly and end his pain. We are so grateful for the wonderful service you provide.
Sincerely, Molly, J.P., Callie, & Chance
I just wanted to let you know how much your services meant to me on this most difficult day. Henry's pain was so painful for me to witness - to see my once vibrant and humorous friend struggle with daily activities was truly heart wrenching.
You were kind and empathetic, thank you. Here at home Henry was comfortable and calm. I'm not even sure he knew you were there. His final moments were so peaceful and full of grace, just a gentle transition. No traumatic ride to the vet's office, no in and out of the carrier.
Over the long years of my life I've had to say goodbye to four other cherished pets, but this was the first time it was not so traumatic for my pet nor me - as I did not have to face the long, lonely ride home. As hard as it is to say goodbye to a constant companion, you made it a million times easier.
Thank you for your compassion, and gentle, caring service during this difficult time. The quiet peace you gave us is priceless.
Dear Tanya, You gave me such a good memory of my last moments with Porter, I’ll never forget it. Thank you for coming to our house in Park City and for being so incredibly amazing. It was the best it could have possibly been. I received his paw print last week and it is cherished. Thank you for taking care of all the details. He was such an incredible guy for 13 years and I love all my memories, including our few minutes with you. Thank you. Julie Ferguson.
Hi Tanya, I just wanted to thank you again for taking care of my Chloe today. I have felt so much peace today. I can't imagine a better passing for her. It was so calm and peaceful and beautiful. It was everything I hoped for Chloe. What a great gift you give our furry friends through this service. I will be forever grateful to you. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart. Thought I would share with you the little tribute I wrote about her. I love her so very much.
Dr. Tanya, Thank you so much for helping us to assist our baby Montana to pass in a peaceful way. I appreciate the service you provide and your responsiveness when we called. Montana was amazing but she would get so stressed at the vet’s office - so I always knew she would be best at home when the time came. Thank you for being there when we needed you.
Sincerely, Jim and Cynthia Clarke and Montana
Tanya – I wanted to thank you for making a very difficult experience as peaceful as it could be. You do a great service for families and we appreciated your assistance. Have a happy holiday, Jen Kelsey (Emmy dogs mom).
Tanya,Thank you so much for your kind compassionate service. Our family will be forever grateful for you helping Kiko with his journey to the rainbow bridge. It was truly a peaceful journey for us all. Thanks again.Rick, Raini, Jeni, Lindsi, Lorin, and Jett (Kaiya & Sunni too🐶😺)
Again, we really can’t thank you enough for the help you provided with our cat, Belle, last Saturday, November 26. You handled her with such compassion, care, and respect. You were also very kind to us during a very difficult and emotional time. We also appreciated so much your willingness to make a house call on short notice on a holiday weekend. You provide a very important and much-needed service, and you provide it with truly extraordinary grace and expertise.
We’ll always be grateful to you.
Tom, Michele, and Matt
Thank you. Words cannot express how grateful we are to you for ensuring our beloved family member left this world peacefully. We all miss her so much and tears are still fresh on our cheeks. I never would have imagined we could love Muddpie so deeply, but we are so grateful she was part of our lives. Thank you for choosing a profession that allows compassion for the beautiful spirits we love so much.
Love, The Renfeldt Family
I just wanted to drop you a quick thank you. I know Otto probably looked like he was doing pretty well when you came out to put him down, but within a few hours, he would have undoubtedly been in uncontrollable pain once again. You spared us all from a night of misery. I can only imagine how hard it must be for you to do what you do, but the service you provide is truly a gift. Death is always going to suck, no matter what, but Otto’s passing couldn’t have been much better if he had scripted it himself. In his own home, on cozy blankets, surrounded by the people who love him most, and snarfing treats right up to the end, is exactly how he’d have wanted to go. Heck, I think we’d all like to go that way.
So although saying goodbye to my little buddy was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, and I am missing him beyond measure, I am eternally grateful to you. I hope that in all the sadness your work surely brings, you can at least take heart in knowing that.
Wishing you all the best,
Taneasha, Eric, and Otto
Well. It has taken me since May to write you, I am so sorry – this one was rough. Even though we knew Spirit was sick, he went down hill so quickly it sent us into a panic, I am SO grateful for you, and its still unbelievable to me that you were able to come so quickly to help my guy. The way you carried yourself and the calmness and peace you brought will never be forgotten. You are in my heart, and you and your services are immeasurable – we have told everyone about you, and we will be calling you again. Unfortunately? Fortunately? Yes. Thank you so much for your help – these little guys of ours deserve the upmost respect and dignity and you helped us let Spirit go in the best way we could have. I attchd a couple pictures of him when he was healthy and naughty –
Love and peace,
The Bleizeffers, and Spirit.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the care you gave our dear Sophie (and us) in helping her depart. We had promised ourselves that when the time came, Sophie's passing would be as comfortable and as peaceful as possible, and being far from home for us was a very real concern. But thanks to you, we were able to keep that promise. Sophie gave us immeasurable joy during the more than 14 years she was with us, and we are so grateful to you for helping us honor her life with a soft passing. Thank you so very much,
Geoffrey and Katherine Taylor
We just wanted to thank you for helping our beautiful Rosie cross over yesterday. We realize what an honor it was to be with her and that wouldn't have been possible without your service. We are devastated by her loss but know in our hearts that it was her time as she was suffering. We appreciate you taking the time to talk to us and give us advice. The information about the steroid helped us to make the right decision in a time where we wavered. She was ready and we know that now.
Tanya, It’s been a week now since you assisted Johnathan and I with Bud and Artimas’ end of physical life. It’s taken this long to adjust to a reasonable degree to their absence. Even my other 6 cats have taken this long to adjust. Thank you so much for your deeply appreciated assistance with such a difficult experience. I have never before met someone as calm, gentle, loving and skilled as you. I’ve had a number of very unpleasant experiences in the past with physicians for both animals and humans and so had to deal with fears of that on top of the loss of our two very much loved cats. Your presence made a huge difference in that regard. Because of your help, because of you, I am at peace with Bud and Artimas’ departures. From my heart, thank you so much for your assistance.

Thank you for making this emotionally heart wrenching situation as good as it possibly could be. Your kindness and professionalism was extraordinary and much appreciated. Thank you for helping our family today.
July 10, 2016
Tanya, I want to sincerely thank you for all that you did for our Daisy. She was so comfortable with you and you were so reassuring for us. We probably let her get worse than we should have because it was hard to let go. You have a difficult job but a true gift with animals and people.
Thanks again, Jim, Jody and Andrew Vickery

Dear Dr. Kjeldsberg,
I cannot begin to express our gratitude to you for dropping what you were doing on a very beautiful Saturday evening to come help us with Emily's passing. We were unprepared for how rapidly she declined.
Emily has been a part of our family for almost 20 years and my daughter's best friend since the moment she came into our lives. She was a wonderful kitty who chose her friends carefully. She loved sitting in the sunshine in her garden. Her favorite spot to sleep was on Mollie's head. Saying that she will be missed seems too simple. We will never forget her and we thank you for your compassionate and quick response to our pleas for help. You were exactly what my daughter needed to make such a difficult and heartbreaking choice.

I want to express our sincere gratitude for your assistance in helping to let our sweet girl, Dolce, go as peacefully as she was able to in her given situation. My worst fears were realized that morning when she began to rapidly decline and I was so thankful that you were able to respond to her aide so quickly. It is truly a wonderful service that you provide. Although we miss her deeply, I am grateful that she was able to be in the comfort of her home when she passed. Forever grateful, The Davis Family

Dear Dr. Kjeldsberg,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the kind service you provided to our family last night. Spike has been my "heart-dog" for the last 12 years. He's been a very important part of our family and while we were anticipating the loss, it was a very tough decision to make.
I thank you for being patient with me. I have been struggling this week after falling and breaking my foot. I have been trying to hold on to him as much as possible, but I knew yesterday that it was time.
Thank you for being considerate of our needs, for letting us hold him and spend time with him after he passed. Even more so, I appreciate that you left our home with him wrapped up and comfortable, just like he would be if he were traveling with us.
I spent many of my early years in practice working in hospice and with bereaved families. I hope I served them as well as you have served our family.
I've attached an obituary I wrote for Spike (part of my healing process). I hope this will paint of picture of who he was.
April 22, 2016
Hi Tanya,I first want to thank you for the wonderful work you do. We appreciate you and being able to keep Simon home and comfortable. He would get so stressed having to travel. You are very gifted in your ability to explain things calmly but honestly and it helped me to feel at ease with the hard decisions.

The kindness you showed me on March 30 when Pablo died was more than professional...thank you for your consideration and thoughtfulness.
My grief is not unique and even unusual yet, it is real and Pablo seemed to appreciate your being there - he really died peacefully.
I miss my pet.
Sincerely, with gratitude

Dear Dr. Tanya, I just wanted to thank you again for coming to our home and helping me let our sweet little Rudy go. When I first got him as a puppy I named him Rudy. My mom said what kind of name is that for a dog? You should name him something like Bowser. And so Rudy Bowser he was affectionately called.
Tanya, thank you for providing the service you do and for your quiet, gentle approach. It was especially comforting to be at home and let my little guy go while he lay in his own bed. Rudy was a sweet soul and a good boy. We will miss him a lot. I found a nice place to lay Rudy to rest, at one of the places he loved to be most, under the cottonwood trees down on my dads farm. With warmest regards, Lela Gardner

My wife and I are beginning to climb out of the sadness of losing our Buzz. I think the signs of spring and the other dogs getting excited to go camping end swimming is making us realize they still need our love and attention.
We received your personal card and the paw print and card from Major Street Pet Services.
Although the day was very hard for us, the outcome was as beautiful and peaceful as it could possibly have been. I cannot express enough the thankfulness Carri and I share for the soft, kind yet professional approach you took. You seemed to have abundant time to spend allowing us to take what time we needed. I certainly hope you continue to offer this service because I cannot imagine asking anyone else to help us when our others have to go to The Rainbow Bridge. We have already spread the word to folks we meet or know about the amazing job that you do.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Good morning, Dr.Kjeldsberg.I wanted to write you a note to tell you that we so appreciate your coming to our home yesterday to help us with our beloved Annabelle.
I am sure that your chosen profession is a very difficult one, and your specialty especially so. You never see people on their best day, but rather on their very worst, and that is an incredibly kind sacrifice you have made to serve your fellow man, as well as the beautiful animals that keep our hearts.
I thank you humbly for your your service in our world, and wish for you a life filled with love and peace, which you so generously provide for others every day.
Sincerely and warmly, Stephanie Sims

Good Morning Dr. Kjeldsberg,
Sorry for the delay, I am just getting back to work.
Joey and I wanted to thank you for your patience and kindness in helping us let go of Girlz on Saturday. I understand that I probably was not seeing her with honest eyes the way you and others probably could. It was a difficult thing to ‘schedule’ and choose to do in a non-emergent way for many reasons. So, I appreciated your patience with me coming to the decision.
Like I said, it gave me a lot more peace to see her reaction to you. She took to you very easily. She never got up, like she had just done with my friend who stopped by. She was always a protector and checked everyone who came in the house. It was very unlike her to just sit still on her bed like she did. She never had anxiety, panting or worry when you came in or approached her, it’s like she knew. At least it felt that way to me in the moment and looking back. She was so at ease with you. I also appreciated you letting me know that the sleeping medication working so quickly on her was probably an indication that she was more tired/ready than I thought. That helped give me peace.
I am so thankful that she did not get sick or have a violent reaction to anything. Her peace was our peace. Thank you again for your kindness to our beloved friend. We miss her so much already.
Best Wishes to You,
Karin And Joey too!

Thank you so much for all that you did to help our little Foxy with her peaceful departure. You were available when you were needed, and we greatly appreciate all that you did for us on such short notice. Thank you for showing care and respect to Foxy, as well as giving love to our other dog Disco, who probably wasn't certain what was going on. As difficult as that day was, we were at peace and knew that Foxy was going to a better place. Thanks again for everything.

Dear Tanya, Thank you for helping us with Chip tonight. This is a special thing you do and it was so nice to know that you would take care of everything so professionally and we were free to cry.Thank you again Tanya.
Dear Dr. Tanya, We will always have wonderful memories of our sweet and loving Maddie Mae. We were lucky to have her for 15 years! Your thoughtful card brought comfort and tears to all of us. You were so caring and gentle to Maddie Mae and very kind to us during this difficult time. We think about her every day.
Sincerely, Barbara Colby and family
Thank you for everything you did for us. It was an incredibly difficult experience as I'm sure is often the case but it was also good to see our Sammy relax and be free of his pain and struggles. What you do for people is such a wonderful thing, even as it is tied to something so sad in many ways. I do appreciate all of the positive aspects as well but in my mourning those are more difficult to focus on for the time being. It will get better, I know. Thank you again Tanya, I hope to see you around and know that you're helping so many others with such an important decision.

I just wanted to reach out and once again say Thank you for everything. It’s only been 5 months since Raja left yet it feels like yesterday. I can only imagine how this affects you. Just know that your calming nature, voice, presence makes it so much easier on us grieving parents.
I just wanted to say Thanks again

Thank you for the sweet card you sent to us regarding Cindy. I feel as if I am still in a fog, my heart heavy, seems unable to adapt to not seeing her beautiful face each morning. But, I just wanted to take the time to let you know what a gift you are to people and their beloved pets. It is not simply a service that you provide for people when you come in to those emotionally charged environments , it is an energy of peace that you, yourself bring. I am without the proper words to thank you for that peace. I cannot imagine any other way my precious Cindy would have left us. In fact I envisioned it exactly as it happened. Right down to the perfect lady who would come to help her, and my family send her to her new adventure. Thank you Tanya. You are a blessing.

On behalf of our family I want to express our most heartfelt appreciation for your compassion and professional services during this most difficult time. We all experienced profound sorrow watching Pepsi's health decline. The difficult and dreadful decisions that came next were heart wrenching and stressful. Reading the information provided on your website was instrumental in helping us make a more informed assessment and decision. We were greatful that Pepsi was able to be at home surrounded by her loved ones. She had a beautiful spirit and we were blessed to have her in our lives. She brought a lot of love, joy, and happiness to our home. Thank you for making Pepsi's last hour peaceful, pain free and surrounded by love.
Sincerely, Kathy Elorreaga

I just wanted to say Thank you again for you kindness to us with both of our dogs. I appreciate the fact that you were able to come so quickly and help Raja not be in pain anymore. It was horrible to say goodbye but you made it easier. Thank you again for doing what you do, it makes it easier on us being able to have it done in an environment where the dogs are comfortable and know they are loved.
Thank you again

I apologize that it has taken a month to be able to write this but I want to Thank you so much for your compassion and calm. You made this most difficult decision so much easier knowing that my Oakley was in such great care. He knew that you had only love to bring to him and he showed no signs of uneaseiness. He was truly an incredible gentleman and I miss my little Boo Bear terribly still.
March 23, 2015
We want to thank you for the service you provided. It meant a lot to us to have our beautiful Phoebe’s last moments be here in the comfort of her home. It was a hard day for us but we appreciated how gentle and soft-spoken you were.

Gene and I wanted to send you and Michael a quick note to express, once again, our profound gratitude for the kindness and compassion you showed yesterday while dealing with our beloved little Buster. The pain is still fresh and runs deep for both of us, but you and Michael made the situation bearable. It was a horrible decision to have to make, but with no options left, it was the right thing to do.
Thank you both so very much. Our paths will likely cross again as we have another beloved pet who is elderly and has been in poor health lately. What a comfort it is to know that you will be there.
God bless You

You came to my home earlier today to help my cat Sam move onto her next adventure and I just wanted to say thank you for the service and caring you provided for both of us. I know there are some out there that consider pets to be something less than family but for me Sam was my child and having to let her go was the one of the most difficult things I have had to do. You helped make this difficult time as calm and loving as it can possibly be. Just know I have great respect for people like you because you have to see so much pain and yet you do it anyway. Thanks again for the wonderful service you provided to me and my little Sam.
God Bless you!

I wanted to write you and say thank you so very much for making the process of Saying Goodbye to our little girl Lucy as easy as possible. I imagine that its not the easiest thing in the world to have to deal with grieving family and the emotions they are going through during the process. As one of those grieving persons I thought you should know that the service you provide is very special very amazing and you take some of the that grief and pain away. Through the service that you provide and your caring and thoughtful actions we were able let Lucy take one final nap with dignity and in a place where she was comfortable and happy and not in a place she so despised. I believe this is true for everyone you help. It’s too bad more people don't know about the option of saying good bye in their homes but I will recommend your service to anyone who is facing this crisis.
So again thank you from the bottom of my Heart for what you did for us and thank you for providing Lucy a better option, you made a bad situation better.

I now understand the gift of a peaceful end to life and will never again be afraid to accompany a beloved pet during their final moments. Lena is at peace and surely belongs with the most loyal, loving and courageous souls. Your card was most appreciated and helpful in my grieving process. Thank you again for the amazing work you do.

Dearest Dr. Tanya,
I want to let you know how much you eased my burden on Saturday. Thank you for making such a difficult and heartbreaking experience one that gives me peace. You were so kind, gentle, and understanding. My last memory of Luke is you slowly taking him down the steps, and then disappearing behind the pine trees. The sun was setting, the sky soft, and I heard “I’ll be here.” Luke stole my heart. He was my world. I have had many losses in this life but I don’t remember being this devastated and inconsolable. Everyone says time will help heal me and that brings me hope. Your compassion is something I will take with me. Thank you, Renee Tanner (Luke’s mom).

Dear Dr. Tanya,
Thank you for your heartfelt card and beautiful sentiments. Your gentleness and patience helped make the most difficult time for Xener and I as harmonious as possible. I can’t imagine a better person to have come; you were an angel. The entire experience felt divinely guided. I miss Z deeply yet still feel his presence, especially in my spirit room where he transitioned so peacefully. I am eternally grateful for you and the service you provide.

Hi Tanya- Thank you for the sweet note you sent. I was not expecting that and I appreciated it more than you know. It was sincere and heartfelt and was just what I needed that day. I am so grateful for your tender care of Saxon. Thank you so much also for recognizing and understanding what a loss that is. I am very thankful for your help and the way you honor people and their pets.

I know you said to call you Tanya (and that put me at ease right away – by the way), but you do deserve the title of Doctor…There are just not any words to describe the emotional rollercoaster my son Matthew and I have been on for the past 48 hours – and I truly apologize for not getting back with you earlier.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the deep compassion and love you provided Cookie in her final hour – we (and Cookie) will never forget your gentle touch, true kindness and professionalism in helping us through the most difficult hour of our lives. I wish I was aware of YOU and the service provided earlier – as it surely would have made the final days with Cookie a bit more peaceful – knowing the ease you provided in her journey through the Rainbow Bridge….. The thoughtful card we received from you yesterday (less than 24 hours after Cookie’s passing) brought many tears – but tears of joy knowing Cookie was in your care and under your ‘watch’ – and reinforced our admiration of your veterinary practice – that of in home (or a place of choosing), HONEST compassion euthanasia. There are very few people who can do what you do with the grace and dignity you showed – and for that you have our eternal gratitude.
I have spent quite a bit of time on your website – and now that I know even more about you and your commitment to our ‘fur children’ (as we like to call them) – just one word comes to mind – W o W – an inspiration to all humankind and I wish ALL fur children that were in need of what you personally provide were to have that opportunity – the world would be a better place – that is what I know FOR SURE J
Thank you again – I also am very sorry and send my heartfelt condolences on the unnecessary loss of your beloved beagle in July, 2012 – again your dedication to ‘fur children’ was shown in giving a research beagle a new beginning…
Please feel free to share any/and or all of my email on your website/testimonials – I only speak the truth and I wish the very best for you and your family – furry and all…
With Deep Gratitude
Sheri Smith-Boncada & Matthew Boncada
Beloved companion “Cookie” Boncada

I just wanted to personally thank you for your nice card and also for your help in sending Max peacefully into his next life. We loved Max so much. It is extremely sad to think he’s not here with us now, but I feel very good in knowing that we got to say goodbye with him in the house where he spent his entire life. That is a priceless piece of mind to have. You did a great job. You were very professional and caring at the same time. I felt very comfortable putting this moment in your hands. Thanks again from me and my family.

Wanted to Thank You once again for the peaceful, kind & gentle procedure you provided for Aussie and ALL of us.
It was so much better than having to traumatize her with an office visit.
For sure I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

Thank you so much for your assistance with our sweet Jenko. At a very difficult time you came with beautiful calm energy. What a gracious big heart. Everything went smoothly. I loved how you let Jenko eat and she had all of her favorite foods and treats. Then just went to sleep. I was having a difficult time expressing anything that day. She has been my companion as I have some anxiety and she is dearly missed. There really are no words how peaceful your energy was and made the most difficult day bearable. You are an angel. You do such noble sacred work. I was driving home from work the next day, asking Jenko how she was. A car pulled in front of me with a pink paw sticker and it said Rescue Mom. I knew without a doubt, she is free, she got her wings, with your help on her final day. Bryan and I Thank You again,
Beloved Companion Jenko Scott

Sorry for the delay with this email, but I wanted to send a thank you for everything you did on Monday for Jeff and I. He received your card yesterday, and it meant so much to him. He could not bring himself to read it over the phone.
Triton was a very special pup to both him and I. Jeff had never been through this before and your kindness throughout the process to Triton and to Jeff was very helpful for us all. Jeff and I expressed many times during Monday how difficult your job must be coming in at the tail end of a story and having to be a part of such an emotional experience, but appreciated that you were able to do this since Jeff really wanted Triton to have the comfort of being at home with him, on his blanket with food:)
Thanks so much!!

I just wanted to say thank you for helping me and my family with Stella. I am so glad you were able to come and make that process a little easier ! We miss our little pup but know she is happier and free from her itchy, ailing body! Thanks again.

I just wanted to drop a note and thank you again for coming over yesterday morning. It was a difficult morning, at best, for us and your professionalism and manner made a difficult decision more bearable. You provided an impeccable service and we only wish we could have had you available for our other pets as their time came. Hank was a special soul and part of our family for 14 years. We'll miss and love him. Again, thanks so much for your help and professionalism; it's a rare find these days.
Beloved Companion, Hank Askerlund

Thank you so much for helping Emma and us on Tuesday evening. After a discussion with our vet, it turns out she had metastatic hemangiosarcoma and the bitter end was very close and would have gotten infinity less pleasant very quickly. Your service gave us peace of mind and allowed Emma to leave us comfortably and in familiar surroundings, which, though I’m not sure how that resonated with her, made us feel more at ease. You have the toughest job I’ve ever known, but you provide such a vital service. We, including Milo, are healing, and I just wanted to thank you again.
Take care, Marc

Thank you for coming to our home today to euthanize our sweet Beeler. It was so peaceful and everything went so smoothly. We really appreciated your gentle manner and that you told us what to expect just before each step in the process. We will miss him a ton, but we are so glad that we were able to give him a peaceful death at home.
Thank you for providing that service.

I just wanted to say thank you so much. I don't think it could have gone any better. We both really appreciated your "bedside manner" so-to-speak. You were very communicative, compassionate, and gentle. It is an experience no one looks forward to, but you really made it a much more "tolerable" and pleasant goodbye. He meant an extreme amount to all of us. We really miss his spirit, presence, and even the jingly collar as he followed us everywhere.
Thank you again, so much!

Muriel and I want to register our thanks again for your willingness to come out in the blustery wind last night to help us put Gargoyle to rest. We were deeply comforted by your manner and the way you handled her. She must have been close to the end because as you helped her ebb into final sleep her little body did not change all that much. That was a comfort to us.
We are grateful to have found your service and wish you a wonderful week-end.

I wanted to just say thank you for assistance this morning with Ally’s passing. I would never elect to have a four legged family member pass any other way. Being at home and in her favorite spot made it very comforting for her and myself. Thank you for showing such compassion, respect, and professionalism.
We know Ally is free of pain. Thank you again so much!
I have attached a picture of Ally in happier times J.
PS. Feel free to use this in your testimonials section…I would recommend you to anyone that is in the situation as I was.

Thank you so much for coming over and putting Serin to rest last night.
It is so much more peaceful for an animal to pass away at home in their own environment.
It must be a tough job and thank you for providing that service.

I just wanted to thank you for coming to our home last night and releasing Sporty from his pain and suffering. Though it's never easy, you really do provide a peaceful pet departure… what an incredible service you offer. Your peace and calmness is comforting… thank you!

We just got Artie's ashes from Major Street. They were terrific, and you were especially. Thank you so much for making everything so respectful, dignified and honorable. Artie passed gently into that goodnight, and for that you have our forever thanks.

Hello again Dr. Kjeldsberg,
We just want to thank you again for the very professional way in which you carried out the passing of our dear Katie, I think we are beginning to recover from the trauma of the whole thing but it has been very hard as I know you understand. Anyway, you were very kind and gentle with the whole process and we just want to tell you how much we appreciated your services as well as your very nice card that brought a tear or two.
Karen and Lee Hynek
I want to say thank you for helping my Sammy pass away at home, in her bed, with the respect and dignity that any loved one deserves. I knew the time would eventually come, when she would get old and sick, I just didn't know it would be so soon. For 14 years, Sammy was always there for me and now it was important for me to be there for her. I didn't know how or what to do, but dropping her off at a veterinarian clinic was not an option for for the friend and companion that I was about to lose. I am so happy that there are pet lovers, like yourself, who understand that pets are family too and just how much they mean to their owners. For the past two years I watched my baby girl hide her pain from me as her body and health faded away. When she could no longer stand or walk on her own I knew it was time for me to say goodbye and stop her from suffering. Sometimes, making the right decision means doing the hardest thing you have ever done. I know that was the case for me. You provided Sammy, as well as myself, a release from the pain that she was in and for that I could never thank you enough. As for me, the sorrow will fade and the crying will eventually come to an end but, I will never forget the kindness and the humane treatment that you provided for me and my pooch. I am certain that there must be many friends waiting to thank you at the end of that rainbow bridge.
With sincerity and gratitude,

Hi Tanya, Thank you for coming to our house this morning and caring for Mack. We love him dearly and obviously this was a very tough time for us. But your compassion and professionalism really helped us get through this difficult, yet needed, event. We are grateful that Mack could pass at home in peace. Thank you, Sally
Good Morning Tanya,
It’s already been a week since my drive to SLC, Lily in the backseat for the last time.
I have guilt that I couldn’t warn her, or let her say goodbye to her favorite places and people, and that I let her suffer for too long in her body. It was a rough drive, after so many many road trips with my favorite girl. She had always been so content to make any long trip, just happy to be with me, but it’s been a long time since we’ve gone anywhere but work, where she’d “kennel up” for hours, sleeping.
We had a sweet evening last Thursday, lots of food and water and a delicious bone from a local (Boulder, UT) beef. No teeth on that dog, but she went at it. Then she laid down in front of the fire, relaxing into her evening, on top of her water bowl (as she for some reason would do in her later days, always making me crazy with the giant spill I’d then need to clean up.) Silly dog.
Your arrival was so calm and considerate, your greeting of Lily was full of care. Thank you for so much kindness and your total focus. It was late, you had only a day’s notice, and you were entirely, selflessly there for me and for Lily.
Placing her in your car on that big, clean fluffy dog bed, having walked her down the stairs together, was a good way to see her off for the last time. You really understand the details. The entire experience was beautiful in its heartache and finality, because of your grace. Thank you.
Now it’s been a couple days since I started this letter— I got your beautiful card in the mail yesterday. Thank you. I’m so happy to know you’ve been here, and hopefully will return. I’d like to serve you a chocolate chile cream pot, full of warmth and sweetness.
Today we are going to Kanab to cater a big Christmas staff party for the good people at Best Friends. Mixed emotions, but mostly gratitude.
Thank you so much for your work, your commitment to grace with this transition. You are a beautiful, amazing human and I’m so lucky I found you.
All the best,
Thank you so much for your kindness and gentleness with our dog Honeybear during her last moments. We are so grateful to you, and thankful that you provide such a service that makes a huge difference to pets and the people that love them.
Sincerely, Gwen and Larry Crist

Dear Tanya, We are very grateful to have had you be the one to help us say goodbye to our beloved Ranger. He is particularily special in nature and has blessed our family immensely. Your kindness and understanding made a difference. Even the small details of how you picked him up, honored him and our family. Bless you for that.

Thank you so much for coming today. It was so good to have you come to the house and help Freckle to pass peacefully. She never liked her cat carrier, cars, or going to the vet and I was truly brokenhearted at the idea of tormenting her with any of that one more time at the end of her life. It was so nice for her to be able to be out in the yard and handled with love. You are a beautiful person for doing this and I feel so blessed to have found you today. Thank you for your help and please know how much we appreciate you. ~ Connie

Tanya, I cannot express how much I appreciate you coming after hours to end Spade's suffering. I can guarantee he is eating cheese and soft serve ice cream right now! Your professionalism was top notch! You made such a heartbreaking process peaceful for mom and pup. Thank you again for your kindness. ~ Nicole

Having to say good bye to Memo was one of the toughest experiences for me to go through. I appreciate your kindness/gentleness that was shown to Memo in his last moments here. Thank you for providing this service - so much more comfortable for both Memo and myself to have been able to do this in our own home.

Our picture says it all. Your service of bringing peace to the last stages of our fluffy loved one is represented in this picture. Tillie our littlest furry soul being with our oldest furry soul during his departure, in peace and harmony. Our hearts hurt less with the process you brought to our house. It allowed us a peaceful closure. Our Furry Protector Oliver will be very missed. May he be having all the steak he wants from here on out. Thank you Tanya! You are wonderful. Thank you for all you do to help us and others be at peace with such a very emotional decision we have to make. Our sincere gratitude Alexis, Barry, Tillie, Sierra and Hummer.

Words cannot even begin to express the love and gratitude that we have for you! You showed so much compassion and care for our family during one of our darkest days, and you are truly an angel, sent down from "doggie heaven". Jake picked up Peaches from a good friend just over 14 years ago. While I didn't meet Jake until Peaches was 2 years old, I could immediately tell that the love between them was one of the strongest bonds of any man and his dog. She was fiercely loyal to him, and took to me and became loyal to me within a short amount of time. Having said that, she was extremely stubborn and rarely listened to anyone other than Jake. They had a way to silently communicate with one another that was just between them. I know that everyone will tell you that there dog is "the greatest dog to ever live", but this was so true of Peaches.
As the years passed on, we started to see her playful nature decline. Regardless, every day for 14 years she greeted us at the door, tailing wagging and ready to give kisses to welcome you home from the day. She had a way of brightening any bad day, and was always by our side. Every day of her 14 years, she loved to the extreme and knew that she was loved!
The only difficult part of this process, was the decision to let her go. You were amazing in your quiet nature, calm and comforting manner and the sincere amount of compassion that you showed for not only us, but our beautiful Peaches. You were completely stoic throughout the whole process, and let us take our time in this extremely difficult moment. My husband even told you, "I don't know how you do it. You must have a HUGE heart!" This I know to be completely true of you.
Thank you so much for taking our sweet Peach to a more relaxed and heavenly place, where she is free from pain and worry! She had fought a long, hard battle and we knew her time was short with us. The decision was not an easy one to make, but we knew it was the only decision to make. I will highly recommend you and your services to any person in the same situation as we found ourselves in last week.

This e-mail is for the lady vet you have there (don't know her name. Sorry) who drives a car with her past pet’s name for a plate.
Hello, Ma'am. I understand you came to the aid of my wife and wonderful dog this past Friday. Sweet Feebs was an older girl, getting up a bit past 14 years. Not too bad for a big girl like her. But her damned old body was starting to fail her. I knew this. The vet said she had about 1 and 1/2 years left. I knew that wasn't true. But I kept that to myself. Anyway, over the July 4th week-end, I went out of town. And poor Feebles body just finally decided to give up. My wonderful wife Gina was here, but there was no way she could manuever Feebs around by herself. (Even though Feebs had lost a lot of weight, down from 135lbs to around 80lbs, there was no way Gina could move her by herself.) And my poor girl was in a lot of pain, that quite simply could not be fixed. She'd come to the end of her string. And here I was over 500 miles away.
You, my dear lady, came to the aid of the two things I love most in the world. You came early, were wonderful to my little girl in her final moments, and gave a huge emotional crutch to my wife when she so badly needed one. (As well as just pure physical strength, to help Gina move a doggie she could never have moved on her own.)
I don't why things like this always happen at the worst possible time (this was the first time I'd left town in 6 years). But I know what you did. My wife, and my little girl, needed me, and I wasn't there. But you were. And you made a horrible situation bearable, and more peaceful, for both of them. And for that, I am forever grateful to you. You should never forget that as you go through life, you are touching lives, and making a real and tangible difference. I'm not much of a religious person, but you are very close to an angel...
And for that, I can never thank you enough...
July 19, 2013
I'm so happy that I found you again. You were who I wanted here, no one
else. Your kind compassion made a horrible experience beautiful. I just
can't thank you enough.
The card that you sent made me cry again, but in a good way. Friends and
students asked why I did this on a day when I had two classes. Well, I was
comforted by special people and they brought wine and treats. Wasatch got
back to his normal life.
We will always miss Shadow. You made his transition the best that it could
have been. I believe that I will be with all of them again and it will be
With much love and appreciation.

I just wanted to thank you again for your services. It was really a relief for Tigger to be able to pass in peace with her family. You were both professional and compassionate and we really appreciate it. Thanks for doing such a good job.
We wanted to thank you for your service with the passing of our beloved Great Dane, "Parker." We are so thankful that our final time with him was so peaceful and that he could be in his favorite spot in our yard. You truly have a gift for making such a difficult situation more bearable.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you so much for your kindness, your empathy and your professionalism in helping me through the hardest day of my life. As much as I feel like my heart has been ripped from my body and torn into thousands of pieces, I know I made the right decision for my baby boy. It's hard being a momma of a soul that only has such a short time on this earth, but I wouldn't trade those 12 years for anything in this world!! I feel at peace knowing he is at peace and no longer suffering. You do such a great service to people and pets in need. Thank You!!
I was such a blubbering mess and unable to tell you before you left that day. I admire you and wish you all the best.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Bubba and his momma, Britney
Thank you so much for everything you did this evening for us and for Sadie. You were just awesome. So respectful and kind and gentle. We realized after everything was done that we made the right choice for Sadie. How nice that we could be with her through this process during a time when she was relatively comfortable, instead of when she was really suffering and struggling. We felt she would have much preferred that way.
The work you are doing is wonderful and the way that you do it make it even more wonderful.

Thank you very much for all your care of our dog Jack. He was very special to us and putting him to rest was a very hard decision to make. You made the experience a very peaceful one for our family and Jack. We very much appreciate you being available on such sort notice, taking time to discuss his issues over the phone prior to our appointment and for all your coordination of details in laying him to rest. Thank you again for everything.
Zach and Kristin
Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and sincere caring nature and demeanor. As soon as you walked into my room (Sadie's room, lol) I immediately felt at ease and a very calm warmth came with you and it filled the entire room. It was so difficult to make a decision like that but then seeing my Sadie take a turn for the worse and watching her suffer, I knew what had to be done. Thank you for arriving so quickly and freeing my Sadie-Girl from her painful body.
I miss her so much, my life isn't the same without her but I know in my heart we will be reunited never to be separated again.
You truly are a Godsend and I can't thank you enough for your service.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful card and encouraging words. It means a lot to us. We also want to thank you for the way you came into our house and let our Georgia go in complete peace. You will never know how much we appreciate her leaving this world in that way. It was such a blessing. While it was extremely difficult to let her go after 14 years, we also know that it was time and that she is no longer suffering with her arthritis, Cushings, or lymphoma. She came to us as a 10 week old puppy who developed parvo the next day after we got her. With a week in intensive care, she pulled through and was pretty healthy until her later years when she struggled with the arthritis and Cushings. She was a fighter. We loved her very much and miss her greatly.
You mentioned your husband bringing Georgia's urn/ashes to our house, because he works in Midvale. That would be very nice, but only if it is convenient for him.
Thanks, again, for all you did for us.

Dear Dr. Tanya,
I want to thank you so much for paying a house call to put Stella to sleep on Thursday. I feel terribly guilty for being so far away when this time came but being there via a video connection allowed me to watch as she drifted off. It was great to see her so well taken care of and loved by Doris, Mike and Kirk.
You offer an amazing service and I am so very glad that Doris found you and that you took care of Stella. She was my dog for 17 years and she was a great dog. (You probably hear that about everyone's dog.) You gave her a peaceful end in her home surrounded by loving hands. I appreciate that so much.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
Pippa (In Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates)
It has been a while since we put Maggie down, and I wanted to thank you for the nice card you sent to us. It was very thoughtful and appreciated! We miss our old Maggie very much, but I feel deeply in my heart that she is at peace. It is as if she is telling me that she is better off now and back to how she was when she was younger.
The euthanasia experience was so peaceful, and I am so happy I could give her the sedative before. It made a three stage process out of the planned two stage process, and it made it so nice to have her so relaxed before you gave her the first injection. I had been able to pet her for so long before you came, and she was just snoozing away.
Until we meet again for our Miss Lizzie, I wish you well.
All good things,
Thanks so much for helping us with Sadie yesterday. We appreciated your calm and compassionate presence at our time of need. We are grieving but feel so grateful that Sadie left this world in a peaceful relaxed state- we did not think it could have gone any better. Attached are a few photos of Sadie taken over the last few days for your enjoyment. Thanks again for your help.

I wanted to thank you for the service you provide. This was never going to be easy but you made it much more bearable and I wanted to extend my gratitude. Bella was our first girl and we loved her as such. You were very professional and courteous and it was helpful. You have a difficult job but your services are appreciated because without them our pets would have to suffer longer and that is no good. It was not an easy decision to let Bella go, but we knew that it was the right thing to do because sooner than later it was going to be more painful for her. Thanks again for your professionalism and service. I hope you understand when I say I hope we don't see you again for a very long time but, when it is time again to cross that bridge I know who to call. I think I told you thanks in person but I can't remember because I needed to go be alone for a few minutes, but if I didn't tell you I apologize.

Words can't express how grateful we are to you for coming to our home and helping our sweet Patches. You made the situation so comfortable not only for us but we know that you made it most comfortable for him. He was in no additional pain because of the service that you were able to provide and he was able to rest so peacefully. We can't thank you enough for what you do and for what you did for all of us just a week ago. You are so gentle and kind and that is exactly what we needed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such gentle care of Patches - we are so thankful that you are the one we found to help.

Although I miss Shelby more than words can describe, I take extreme comfort in the knowledge that we did the best for her by letting her go. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and understanding. I felt completely at ease with you and you were so very kind and understanding. I take comfort knowing that you had personally gone through having to let go of a pet as well and that you could understand the love one has for their dog or in my case what felt like a daughter to me. Your service was perfect and we could not have asked for things to go any better than they did. Thank you for being so tender in my time of sorrow.

Tanya – I can’t thank you enough for helping with Sapho. It was time and you did it right. She never had to leave home and passed in her own bed. Very peacefully and calmly. Her morning was spent in a routine she was comfortable with and I am so glad I didn’t have to load her into a truck she hated, go to a place that stressed her terribly, and have her pass on a linoleum floor. The service you are providing is wonderful for both pets and their people. Again, I can’t thank you enough.
My name is Karla Walisky and you help our family with making the difficult decision to euthanize “Dave” on August 16th. The second I saw your face at our door I knew it was the right thing to do. You have a wonderful presence that I needed to feel in order to go through with helping Dave die. Because of that powerful yet humble experience, I am truly able to move on with the knowing that “he” is no longer in pain.
Once again thank you! You do an amazing service.
Thank you so much for the kind service you offered. As hard as it was to say goodbye to Sophie, I can say that I gave her a peaceful passing. I made a promise to her after her cancer diagnosis 5 months ago that she wouldn't have to go back to the vet's office again. With the help of her amazing vet, we didn't and thanks to you, she was able to find release without fear. The work you do and the way you do it makes a difference in this world.

I cannot say enough about your recent service to my home, my best buddy zoey was sick, had been for awhile and i was in a huge denial to the final outcome. Zoey had overcome a toe amputation due to cancer and i was really thinking that she could overcome this final cancer. However my best friend was not the same, I carried her down her ramp to go to the bathroom for a week before I called you, she seemed to be de-taching from me and had lost interest in food and any activity. My decision was made that morning when my buddy could no longer stand. She was very afraid of the vets office because of her many trips there in the past. When I found your site it felt like it was a "sign" to let her go. My baby got to go to heaven in her most favorite place-her backyard, in a nice shady spot with a light breeze blowing. And I got to curl up and hold her as she passed. I cannot thank you enough for your compassion and such care with my zoey. It made this horrible nightmare just a little bit more bearable. I will never get over my loss of zoey, she was my everything in this world but I want to thank you again for helping me make the right decision.
I will recommend you to all of my fur -loving friends!

I just wanted to take a moment to very sincerely thank you for your help yesterday. Although of course it was a sad and very unfortunate event, your demeanor, candor, and professionalism (yet friendliness) was absolutely perfect. After having you come to Sarah’s apartment, going through that at a sterile and awkward vet office is absolutely un-thinkable. The way you handled the situation, in the comfort of Yoda’s home, was truly a gift and we can’t thank you enough. I will whole heartedly recommend you and your services to anyone I encounter that has the unfortunate situation of having to say good bye to a furry member of the family. Obviously we loved Yoda very much, and we’re very much going to miss him. But your visit to the apartment was the best possible outcome and we feel indebted to you
Thanks again, very sincerely,
